Refund policy

We want you to love your Halter Hanger. If it isn't right for you, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number) is required. Requests made more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

How to start a return
Email TB@Halterhanger.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether it was approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
